Went in for 60,000 mile service and it appears they tried to get the magic $700 out of the visit, $300 for service and $325 more for steering coupler, a $19 part that costs $300 to install and was the subject of a recall for 2011 models

I agree with all of the complaints. The problem is annoying and makes me very anxious. I don't have $309-400 to pay for something that has become a common problem and should be handled by Hyundai as a recall. Dealers and mechanics who are taking advantage of this common problem should a ashamed. Hyundai seems to be short-cutting more and more on their cars, I believe because it has become very popular when the opposite should be true. This is my fifth Hyundai, but I noticed the last one had interior parts that seemed to be made of cheap quality. I doubt if I will get another one.
