This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Hyundai dealer.
All I know is my cell wouldn't connect the other day, then I get email that the BlueLink needed to be updated. I couldn't get anyone to talk to today b/c they had left for the day. Today my XM quit, I don't know if that is related or not. Will definitely call Monday.

Blue Tooth software integrated with Radio. Blue Tooth drops calls exactly at 15 minutes every call. Play back of messages has dead spots every 10 -15 seconds. Incoming call volume extremely low. While on a call plugging in charger to phone starts playing podcast simultaneously with phone conversation. Cannot stop podcast playback without disconnecting call. Dealer will only replace radio with a refurbished unit that they refer to as a floater. Will not replace with a new radio even though the car is a 2013. Dealer stats there is no software fix and there is nothing they can or will do.

When I leave for work the radio/blue tooth/CD will not come on till I am approx 1/2 way to work, aside for the fact this is annoying. especially since the car is only 3yr old. the mileage is high due to the fact I live in the country. not that we drive too much. Also this can be dangerous since I cannot use the hands free option for my phone and I travel dark, wooded, country back roads to work alone and cannot call for help without fumbling for my phone on dark winding roads if something should occur. I am also concerned if there is a short in the system, what if my car should catch fire? Dealer will not fix due to high mileage even though they are located in the area and are aware that one has to travel 10mi to reach any civilization.
