Two recalls came up and on one it states no remedy for the seat belts and neither one has been taken care of, where does this leave me at and what do I need to do, I paid cash money for this car and only two days this shows up, can the car dealer be held responsible?

It appears that the recall was not done. I sent an email to Hyundai corporate and to the general manager of the dealership. I received an email back from corporate instructing me to contact dealership. No response yet from dealership.
