I was sold an ungraded Blue Link package by a rep from Hyundai for remote start. He knew the car and model of my vehicle but failed to tell me I couldn't use the remote start on the upgraded Blue Link package because I have a Key start model, You have to have a push button start on your vehicle.to use this feature. The sales rep. works for Hyundai Motors and mislead me into the purchase of an upgraded package, knowing the only reason I upgraded the package was because of remote start. I feel I was scamed for $s for a feature I couldn't use. To me this doesn't speak well of Hyundai and will probably never buy another vehicle from them.
