The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated while inspecting his vehicle, the hood of the vehicle closed on it's own. The contact stated he injured his left hand and was bleeding. The contact had to seek medical attention. The contact tried to call the local dealer (gettel Hyundai of charlotte county located at 1950 tamiami trail, punta gorda, fl 33950, (941) 347-6626) but had not been contacted back after leaving a voicemail. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had not been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 22,000.
