Attempted theft of vehicle in July 2023, can't get a steering column to replace the vehicle. Several times we have been told one is coming in, it has our name on it. Then the dealership where it is being sent, miraculously never has it, or uses it for someone else. GEICO has made all payments to the body shop to fix it. It's being held up on the Hyundai end. Continue to pay approximately $1,000 a month for a rental vehicle. So we are currently talking over $15,000. Numerous emails have gone to Hyundai, including the CEO and it continues to stay with a "low level" employee who doesn't have much authority to get anything done.

Simply looking for a simple and fair settlement to this issue so we can all "move on".
