paint coming off clean down to metal

I only just bought this vehicle. I've made 5 payments on it. I've not had any damage to the vehicle but the paint is mysteriously just coming off the vehicle in huge areas at once. It's not a good feeling paying $19,000 for a vehicle that looks like trash with chunks of paint missing. The engine isn't even broke in yet. Warranty is so short, I am 104117 outside the warranty. It's just not fair. Seems like a rip off.
