I was leaving a family members house when my car wouldn't start. I had to call roadside assistance and once he arrived he was able to jump start it. The next day we went down to the dealership where it once again wouldn't start! They had to jump it to drive into the repair shop where I had to wait 5 hours for them to tell me the battery needed to be replaced. We then went out of town for the problem to happen yet again so we got it jumped and took it to Stockton, Ca Hyundai. We had to leave it so they could fully charge the battery and figure out what was REALLY causing the problem! "Checked and found battery low voltage no codes found found battery charging 11.2 to 12.8 volts called tech line case 8146617 found bolt head burnt to ground strap caused by excessive resistance removed bolt cleaned ground and replaced bolt checked charging ok at this time." Since they found the exact problem our car has been fine.

Had message "Check Hybrid Charging System". stalled on highway. Towed to dealer first, dealer could not replicate the issue. No service done by dealer. Second time, hybrid acted up, drove to dealer, demanded lead tech test drove car to see and feel issue. Dealer claimed needed new transmission. going forward a year later, Hybrid warning message pops up again. Car now at 177,000 miles. I replaced a brand new power relay assembly. Worked for about 1 week, now message is up again and car shuts off when message pops up. Very scary and dangerous when I am driving on freeway.
