sticking in one spot on highway

I have been complaining to my dealer about this for a couple years now. Of course they cannot duplicate the problem. However, on the highway, my car gets stuck going in one direction. It takes two hands to physically force the car into a new direction. It is progressively getting worse. It is to the point now that the car is hard to keep in one lane. What does the dealer say? "We can't duplicate the problem!" "We haven't heard about this being a problem!" Yeah right. A simple Google search will tell you a completely different story.
