This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Hyundai dealer.
I notice an excess of wind noise starting at only 35 miles per hour.
My 2020 Elantra Limited is quieter than my 2021 Sonata Hybrid Limited therefore making me deduce that the problem is with this car. Hopefully it's a build issue that can be fixed and not something expressed to this make/model/year.
The car is new with only 2500 miles on it. We bought it with only 54 miles. It was quiet when we bought it or at least didn't notice the noise till recently.
The wind noise is something that really bothers me especially after paying almost 40k with the extended warranty. I hope this problem is fixed and that Hyundai continues to be a name brand loved by my family.

Wind whistle at highway speed. I checked all seals carefully, looked fine, but still whistling. Dealer replaced seals with new ones, somewhat better, but still whistling. Lubed all seals and seal areas with Shin-Etsu (Japanese Silicon grease), known for bringing old seals back to life and “plumping them upâ€. Still some whistling.
Installed AutoClover vent visors on my dime, about $65.00. They are made in Korea, specifically for this car, very high quality, beautiful match to car, and very low-key looking in Black Diamond option, which is really a well matched smoked black plastic with a chrome strip that exactly duplicates the factory chrome trim, over the visor portion. Easy install, and so far, the wind whistle seems to be gone!!! At least, no more so than most other cars.
