Sonata Hybrid SEL 2.0L

I had car towed in Hyundai took care of that but waiting for a loaner I have no way of getting to work the dealership should of given me a loaner so I could get back and forth to work ., Hyundai wants me to pay for car so how can I pay for car if I cannot make it to work.
