Seat belts are getting caught up in hanger part thats is close to window, and consumer can not properly fasten seatbelts. Consumer stated every time he tries to fasten seat belts they constantly get bound up in the shoulder harness.

Seat belts jam and twist with every use, both drivers side and passenger side. Also stay loose at times after buckled...not much protection.
