Own 2006 Hyundai tuscon. Brought it into enfield hyudai to have air bag cover serviced they denied any knowledge of a problem with this item. Also denied me service on my air bag cover. Please file a complaint for me.I was never told about recall NHTSA 10021298 what other actions should I take? thank you, reinhardt kress 860-597-0799

The contact owns a 2006 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that the red air bag light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on twelve occasions regarding this failure. The dealer deactivated the air bag. The contact stated that part of the steering column fell off while driving. The front seat and one rear seat trac cover were replaced. The speed was unknown. The current mileage was 22,617 and failure mileage was 35. Updated 10/25/07
