HVAC unit randomly cuts out while driving. Most often occurs during cold weather in the morning. When this happens, the windshield wipers are impacted (assume they are on the same circuit??) Only way to fix this is to stop the car multiple times on a 15 mile drive to work, turn off, and then turn back on.
The car has been taken to the dealership several times for troubleshooting - every time the car has been returned and technicians report no issues found. I feel that this problem is critical, I've been driving in heavy rain with wipers and heat on and both will die unexpectedly on the highway. Trying to pull over while driving blind to restart a brand new car is extremely dangerous.
