The contact stated that the rear passenger-€™s side door could not be opened, while the front passenger-€™s side door could only be opened from inside the vehicle. The contact was not aware of any warning light had illuminated. The contact stated that the doors not operating as needed was a safety hazard. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
