The dealer says that it is not a problem. The car will always vent through the upper vents even when I have the setting for the floor vents selected. I asked them to check the Blend Door Actuator to ensure it was working properly. They said it is working fine and that is the way the car is designed. I told them in 45 years of driving dozens of vehicles I have never had this happen. On other vehicles, when I select the floor vents - the air comes out the floor vents. On other vehicles, when I select the upper vents (dashboard vents) - the air comes out of the upper vents (dashboard vents).
