I reported the problem in 2021 and took it in. They claimed it was one thing and brushed it off. Similar issue in 2022 - I took it into the dealership and they claimed 1 of 2 catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They replaced the one, after having my car for two months. I get it back and within not even a month of having it back, it was doing the same thing & my engine was EATING oil. I had to get oil changed every two weeks from the time I got my car back from the dealership.

I called and talked to the service center a few times and the manager twice. They couldn’t get my car in until months later. Finally, closer to the date it’s due to go into the shop, it completely cut off on me on the highway after stalling and making a rattling noise. I had to tow it to the dealership where they lost my keys, and they claim they had no knowledge of my car being at the lot a day early before the scheduled appointment - when they got all my information, appointment time date and my information from the tow man and myself the day it was dropped off (during business hours).

Now I’m being told I have to wait 3 weeks for my car to even be seen. No loaner car - and paying out of pocket for a rental is ridiculous.

when accelerating it it would get to 3 rpms and you would hear noise at 4 rpms noise would get worse struggling to get up to speed all of a sudden it would lose power check engine light would flash on. I would drop acceleration to 2 rpm and it would take off and run fine.
