VEHICLE RANDOMLY SLIPS OUT OF GEAR WHEN BRAKE IS QUICKLY DEPRESSED WHEN ROLLING FROM A STOP. VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND RESTARTED. A VERY SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. VEHICLE RANDOMLY FAILS TO SHIFT UP WHEN ACCELERATING. ANOTHER VERY SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. DUEL-CLUTCH TRANSMISSION IS CLEARLY DEFECTIVE AS DESIGNED.
