I purchased my Tuscon new and since day 1 have had issues with the infotainment system. The initial problem was the entire screen blacking out, causing nothing to work - radio, navigation, etc. The problem continues to change. Sometimes the navigation and music will work, but when the navigation talks to give directions, music stops and won't resume.
Then, more recently, the system forces me to choose between using navigation or music and not both. I've complained EVERY time I take my car in and complaints are documented at dealership, but they are never able to replicate the problem. This has been annoying enough that this will be my first and last Hyundai.
