BlueLink was pushed as a safety feature and said to be on par with OnStar. Truth is because it's cellular based you'd better hope that if you crash it's in an area with a strong signal. I've driven 40 miles while trying to connect for navigation only to hear endless ringing. Supposed to have automatic crash notification but if you are in the country you will likely die unless a new tower is constructed shortly after your accident. This feature isn't available in their top model because according to them it hasn't been perfected. Why are they selling it to unwitting consumers then? Fraud by omission as far as I'm concerned.
