The contact owns a 2012 Hyundai Veloster. The contact stated that while loading the groceries into the vehicle, the hatch-back fell on the contact's back. The contact sustained an injury that did not require medical attention. The contact called the dealer at: The Hyundai of westley chapel, westley chapel, fl, where it was stated that there was no recall. The manufacturer was called and the contact was put on hold but a representative did not return to the line. The failure mileage was about 55,000.
