Veloster 1.6L Gdi

I have complained about bad gas mileage and heavy soot from engine from the time the car was new. HYUNDAI has told me it is common with there GDI engine. and there is nothing they can due to correct the problem. THE engine oil also gets very dirty very fast. the car has 5300 miles on it . I have filed a lemon law claim on the car and the case is to be heard on 04/26/2013. THERE also has been 4 recalls on this car so far.
