The contact owns a 2014 Hyundai Veloster. While driving at an unknown speed, the check engine indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (jim burke Hyundai, 1424 5th ave N, birmingham, al 35203) where it was diagnosed that the oxygen sensor failed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 52,000.
