I bought a Hyundai Venue Petrol Car on 14th April from Koncept car at Kailash colony. While we were waiting for the car to reach the showroom, the Executive gave us papers for signing the documents. When the car arrived from their godown, the driver of that car opened the bonnet doing something behind the Bonnet.

When I enquired about it, if something was wrong in the car, I was told that the car is being checked & everything is OK.

We took the delivery & started for home, it was driven for 3 km & then the Power Steering stopped working. Within 15 min of taking the Delivery of Venue Car, I had contacted the GM of Koncept Car at Kailash colony & complained about it.

He told me to send the details of the car & location, which I did. Next day on 15th April, at about 2p.m. the technician arrived & did something in his gadget. He said that I have deleted the History, as the drivers of the company remove the wiring of cars so that the KM,s run by them do not show in meters. I was not at all satisfied as it was showing 31 km run by the company when delivery was given to me.

As I did not have any option so I signed the papers that it is working fine, then the lockdown started. Next on 3rd May I drove the car & Power steering again stopped working. This was the second time after taking delivery that the car was driven. Now it has been parked permanently at my place, whereas I got no phone call till today.

When I called Customer Care after a lot of hassles, I was able to speak with Anirudh...he said that we have received a complaint on 15th April & it is under process. When I asked him, the car is parked at my house, are you virtually working on my car? He was not able to answer & said, can I transfer the call to the Regional Office but as expected he was not able to connect with them. He finally said, I will call back in 5 min but I never got a call.

After going through all this, I will suggest others also to not buy a Hyundai car as everybody has hard earned money & the company does not care to check for any problem before giving delivery.

As I think I have not purchased a venue Car to park in front of my house, I bought it to drive/ use it. When I would be able to use my car? It is already more than 1 month now when I purchased it & within 15 min the problem was registered.

I am very sure that I was given delivery of a defective car.
