I was driving a New 2024 Venue Model car by Hyundai when the electronic system of the car failed or dropped dead and I almost caused a collision. The dash board light iluminated and said start the car in neutral or park. I did this. 3 times the car started sputtered and stopped. Sputtered and stopped. Horns blasting, I had to get out of harms way to avoid a colilsion. I could have been killed. I jeopardized the safety and the life or lives of others on the highway. I will never be the same after this traumatic near accident. Hyundai Manufacturer knew of this defect in March 2024 and sold the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception this car any way on [XXX] 2024. Negligence....... Negligence. Shame on the dealer ship of Sport Hyundai of Egg harbor, NJ. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
