2007 Black/charcoal veracruz had ESC issues every day for 2 years filed lemon law and got rid of the car. If you have a car with this issue and had above 40k miles when you bought it you may have my old car cause Hyundai had one more chance to fix it. check the owners manual i wrote lemon on a few different pages and also stashed a copy of the lawsuit in the car. they may have found that if it was worked on to resolve the problem.
