The contact owns a 2002 Hyundai XG350. While the contact was attempting to pull out of a parking spot, he was struck on the passenger side by another vehicle traveling 45 mph. The contact's vehicle was destroyed. None of the air bags deployed. The contact did not notice any differences beforehand. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealer. A police report was filed. There were no injuries. The current and failure mileages were 77,652. Updated 10/16/08. The consumer had other problems with the vehicle prior to the accident. The check engine light illuminated, the rear view mirror needed to be tightened, the front headlight had condensation. Updated 10/17/08.
