The contact owns a 2002 Hyundai XG350 equipped with Bridgestone potenza G019 grid tires, size P205/60/R16. Dot number wbxz190. The contact stated the vehicle was parked when she noticed that the sidewalls on all of the tires was cracking and the tread was worn. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
