Three times it happened. The third time it almost killed my wife. You put the car in Reverse Gear, you move back few feet. You stop the car with the foot pressed hard on the brakes and after few seconds the car lurches back violently. The third time it happened while my wife was trying to enter to the passenger seat and the door pinned her against an obstacle in the garage and cause her injuries.
