The contact owns a 2005 Hyundai XG350. While the vehicle was parked, it caught fire and exploded under the console where the stick shift was located. A police report was filed and there were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to an impound lot. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The failure mileage was 53,000.
