I am very disappointed with the quality of my Infiniti FX 35 and the response I received from the Infiniti rep on my problem. I bought this car new and expected the Infiniti to live up to its reputation of quality and customer satisfaction.

The problem I am experiencing is periodically the car has a tendency to pull to the right when I am coming to a complete stop. When I took it in to the dealer who have been understanding and cooperative they referred me to the local Infiiniti rep who stated "It is the nature of the beast, they all do it." I also reported this problem on the web site "survey.infiniti.com." I have not received a response.
