OK, so this has to be addressed and I know I’m not alone but something has to be done because a luxury vehicle should be luxurious, not crappy. So what’s going on Infiniti and what are you gonna do to fix it, because I shouldn’t have to pay out-of-pocket for something that’s not my fault?! Get your s*** together and help us customers if you want to keep us. If not we’re going to go find a better vehicle worth the money - I don’t want to drive around in a vehicle that looks like trash if I’m paying top dollar.

I really loved my 2010 G37 Infiniti. I have taken extremely good care of my car. It is always garaged parked and I am diligent about using my sun shades, living in a sunny state. It has less than 45,000 miles. All of a sudden I began to notice extreme cracking of my dashboard and it is only getting worse by the day. It is not just in an area of heavy wear and tear, it is all over!

I started researching online and discovered that this is a problem well known to Nissan/Infiniti. They have had previous Nissans and Infiiniti G cars of earlier years that had disintegrating dashboards. They offered replacements or replacements with a small deductible and extended the warranties. When I called the dealership, I was told that there currently was not a recall for my year and model for this problem and that I would have to bear the cost of the replacement of the entire dashboard. I am waiting for a call back with an estimate but it will probably be in the $2,000 to $3,000 range. I also called the corporate office of Infiniti and was given the same information and instructed to file a claim with the BBB auto line, which I did.

I think that this problem has persisted in their cars and my 2010 model is just the next wave. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing the dashboards, they will wait until enough people complain. Meanwhile, I will not be able to sell my car in its current condition. Infiniti markets their cars as a "luxury" line, which I now think is a joke. I have owned other cars for much longer periods of time and they have never developed this problem. I am hoping there are others out there with the same problem.

I love my G37S coupe!!! It has been garaged since day one and has spent very little time outdoors. I am outraged that the dash is beginning to bubble and crack. Current mileage is 27,418.

I have contacted Infinity many times with this. Now my car is at 23,000 miles and it’s 2020 - and it is still a 2010 year model. Has multiple cracks all over the dash. Every time I talk to an Infinity dealer they say they’re not going to do anything about it. It’s time for Infiniti Nissan to step up and fix the product like Toyota dealer. The car is beautiful only has 23,000 miles on it and the dash is all cracked.

2010 Infinity G37S convertible just started having a cracking and sticky dash. This supposedly luxury car is beginning to like like crap. This car is kept meticulously cared for. Looks like a new car and never sits in the sun. We are in Florida and the cheep materials in the dash just does not hold up. Infinity should replace these at no cost the the owners if they want any kind a of good reputation.
