INFINITI DISAVOWS ANY RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE THE CAR WAS BEYOND WARRANTY PERIOD. INFINITI REPRESENTATIVE ALSO SAID THEY FACTORED IN THE FACT THAT I HAD NOT USED THE DEALER FOR NORMAL MAINTENANCE.
