Dear sir

I have purchased the above said car from London uk the day I purchased I am not getting any support from Nissan India and Nissan UK the reason best known to them. It is only 1 car in India still they do not give any support I have send the car to Etco Nissan Mumbai vashi for repairs to my convertible they need a software they have send mail and request but there is no reply sir please help me I have brought Nissan world class car then why the customer is being Harass for no fault of his or if this is the state of affairs who will buy any Nissan car or the company does not want any customer to buy any Nissan car from outside India please sir help me out to repair this car a humble request from a dissatisfied customers
