This is a problem that has been addressed by costumer complaints from Nissan who offered fixes, but never Infinity which is the same issue, just under a different name of company.

Infinity acts like they never ever heard of the issue, while Nissan knows about it and its the exact same issue.

Nissan will fix their cars, but Infinity a division of NISSAN will not
