This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Infiniti dealer.
Ticking noise was the exhaust leaking from the exhaust manifold. The dealer replaced under warranty. These things are cast iron and shouldn't crack at this low mileage.

This is the second exhaust manifold that has cracked on my car. The first went out around 45K miles and was fixed under warranty. The first time it was a small crack and produced a ticking noise. This time it's a bit larger and makes the noise of a rumble. It makes the engine sound powerful and my mechanic said it's so small I don't have to worry about damaging the engine (it also doesn't get cold here). So I put up with the muscular sounding engine, but when I have clients in my car, I don't think it's a good thing.
