I have researched the problem and there is no fix, just replacement. I went to the Infiniti dealership and there are no recalls and certainly out of warranty when this problem began. My car is pristine, all but this and I was told the cost to replace is over $ 2,000.00. I called Infiniti and lodged a complaint; no response other than we're sorry but your vehicle is out of warranty. It's frustrating!
