First the diagnosis was difficult and eventually was taken to a transmission specialty shop. Pep Boys screwed me out of $100+ to tell me after plugging in the OBD computer that they couldn't work on the vehicle. Took almost a week to get the part and Nissan only extended a 1 year warranty... UNACCEPTABLE!!
Expected higher quality and reliability out of an Infiniti product. Up to that point overall I had been satisfied with the car.
