My sunroof exploded at 70 miles an hour driving on Interstate 77 in Virginia on a clear 73 degree day. It sounded like a gunshot, blew out glass all over the inside of my car…thousand of shards of glass. I was on a sales trip and only a couple of miles from my account so I stopped. When I walked in the owner asked “what happened…you’re bleeding”. Luckily I was wearing sunglasses and that may have protected my eyes from getting glass in them.
