All 4 power window mechanisms have failed, front & rear driver & passenger windows.. plastic used in track assembly breaks under use.

First when trying to pull up the window it makes a grinding/crunching sound.also, when going over a bump window will just fall down, plastic that is connected to the cable, keeps wearing out.
