While driving about 55 mph bolt that holds the steering wheel to the column came out, causing driver to lose complete control. Truck was towed to the dealership and repaired under warranty.

While driving at 15 mph consumer heard a grinding sound. When turning steering wheel it was very loose, causing consumer to lose control in second gear. Consumer put car in first gear and started to drive about 5 mph and another passenger noticed something hanging from the back. Noticed a screw was missing. Consumer took car to dealer and was told that the rear axle bolt was missing.
