The contact owned a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. While driving 25 mph, the contact became distracted and crossed the yellow lane lines. In an attempt to avoid an oncoming vehicle, the contact jerked the vehicle to the side and caused the vehicle to rollover. The vehicle crashed into three trees and rolled off a cliff. In addition, the contact stated that the seat belt failed to retract and caused the contact to be thrown around inside the vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained a fractured sternum, a concussion, and injuries to the right knee that required medical attention. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was towed and deemed destroyed. The failure mileage was 150,000. The VIN was unavailable.

The consumer believes the air bag should have deployed and doesn't feel safe in the vehicle. The vehicle sustained $6881. Worth of front end damage.
