The contact owns a 2017 Jaguar F pace S equipped with pirelli tires, tire line: P zero, tire size: 265/40R/22. The dot number was unavailable. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, there was a wobble in the tires. The vehicle was taken to Jaguar portland located at (10125 sw Washington square rd, portland, or 97223) where it was confirmed that the tires had excessive roll force. The contact stated that 3 of 4 tires were defective. The contact was not informed which of the three tires were defective. The tires were not replaced. The contact stated that these were replacement tires. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle failure mileage was 38,000 and the tire failure mileage was 12,000. The VIN was not available.
