The car loses all power as you accelerate from stand still. So my 2012 Jaguar XF has stalled 1 month ago and I took it to Jaguar Freeport dealership for repairs costing a total of $1,750. Two and half weeks later my car stalled again losing all power as the street light turned green and I tried to accelerate of the intersection. I had it towed once more to Jaguar Freeport who said that the original fuel pump they put in was faulty. The replace the fuel pump again. and the next day the engine light comes on. I'm fearful this will take place again (nightmare). I called Jaguar Freeport and they say that it could be my universal gas cap and that I should purchase a Jaguar brand gas cap. I honestly don't think the gas cap is the cause of problem. But will purchase it anyway. After 3 days of me applying new gas cap and the engine light remains on, I am to bring it back to the Jaguar dealership to look at it.

Jaguar manufacturer should recall all 2012 XF's fuel pump. Its truly a nightmare situation.
