A beautiful car that upon noticing in 2016 the interior buttons were sticky to touch; I started taking it in to Crown jaguar where I purchased it. It was ignored each time and finally in August of 2018, I called the manufacturer. The dealership told me it would cost me $6400.00 to replace the interior buttons because the car was no longer under warranty.
The manufacturer got involved and after 3 mos of hassle, agreed to pay 70% of the repair cost. I feel this is totally the manufacturers fault. The service manager guy, stated that the reason the buttons melted were because the cars are made in England, where it is cooler. It is insulting and negligible on the part of the manufacturer and dealership. Buyer beware ....
