2008 Jaguar Xk. Gas pedal accelerated car would not stop till put into neutral. Then rear tires spun and smoked did not stop till engine was turned off> check engine light keeps coming on, dealer says it is a sensor, but it has been there several times and light is still coming on. Is this related to Toyota recall?
