Corrosion to floor pans on more than one 1995 Jeep Cherokee due to water leaks. The floor pans in these Jeep are completly rusted away on both sides of the frame rail. The fact is that there are hundereds of Cherokee out there with this rust and in the event of a crash the structure of the unitiezed body will not be as ridged because the floor is basically separated from the frame. Obviosuly some corrosion might be expected over a 5 year period but due to excessive moisture leaks and the heat/cool cycle of the catalytic converter and exhaust under the passenger side floor pan the corossion on the passenger side in even worse. Please contact me for photos of vehicles.
