While making a turn at 5 mph vehicle lost all steering. Vehicle was towed to dealer, bolts on spacer by gearbox broke.

The steering has a mind of its own. Turn the steering wheel and release it and it continues to turn until locked. Wheels will not center themselves with vehicle moving forward. Diagnosed as faulty steering gear box.

While driving at any speed, the Cherokee pulls to the right side of the road. Dealership is not able to determine what is causing this problem. The steering gear box was replaced, along with new ball joints. The problem still exists.
