The check brake message came up on my car while I was driving in a rainstorm, I continued home and made it there safely, the next day the message was reset and there was no problem with braking the car. A few days later as I was pulling into a busy street from a parking lot the brakes failed and the car surged into traffic, I at that time drove it to the dealership to have it repaired, they had the car from sept. 2nd until sept 14th as they had to order part s for the car. I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car new with a 100.00 deductable, I was told the warranty did not cover hoses, so the repair cost me 180.71.
