When coming to a sudden stop and the ABS engages the car makes a loud grinding noise. The dealer said the noise is normal and asked me to ride in another jeep to verify. I did not take him up on it. The noise sounds like metal on metal and he agreed that the sound is terrible but assured me that it is normal.
